about

"To stamp the last one his uncontrollable ideas, Kirill Junolainen invents the one alias, this time parodying with the headline (not alone for phonetics but also for the narrow timing of the passages) Dopplereffekt and his omnia work, “Gesamtkunstwerk“. The Russian has never hidden the predilection for by certain type of electro and techno, but for the occasion the adhesion to the spirit of the Drexciya becomes even more strong. “Thorne-Zytkow Object” is the intro of sci-fi FX that target beforehand in the techno torn to pieces by scratches acid ("Polymono Pod"), and then in the syncopated flow of “Nerve Central“. With “U R Machine” (that UR is a quotation?) one enters into the dimension of the project late Stinson, done from swarmed broken rhythms and liquefied sounds, elements that will end up more ahead in “Mind Bleeps“ and “White Chemistry“, together with trance arpeggios. Desktopeffekt withdraws the contortion of a low mechanic and of a beatnik in a vortical gradation of lights and shades, “Do U Like My Psyck” it does inside the blip wrapped by tentacles breaks, “My Little Kaossilator” slows down the pulsations and digitized voices, “Alexei Leonow“ is looping techno ’90s, “Data Accelerator” is the compulsive dance of future zombie, “Floppy Juice” and “Sputnik“ are in prey garlic LSD, “Derrick From UFO” (another signal that it refers to Detroit?) draws the curtain in science fiction way, with ambiental electro-spatial in style Arpanet. In the sea of digital releases (but frequently on Bandcamp there are nice surprises), “Desktopeffekt“ returns between the most laudable, and it would be worth being ploughed on vinyl."
